Retrospective

I was just thinking about babies' first words and how important they seem to be. Usually (or at least on TV) they end up being something like "Mommy" or "Daddy" because that is who they feel most comfortable with.

I must not have been normal because my first words were "yes" and "Jesus."
no, seriously they were.

My brothers, sister, and the neighbor kids use to always ask me questions like, "Hey, Audrey. Do you want to marry Pete (our dog)?"
and I would be like, "Yeeeeessss," every time.
Then they would die laughing.
Yeah, real funny guys.

My first words never really seemed very signifigant to me until just lately, though, as I've been struggling with trusting God and being willing to do whatever He asks. I came to the realization that when I am doubting God, I simply need to go back to my childhood reasoning and just say, "Yes, Jesus," and trust him to catch me when I jump.

Hebrews 11:1
Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.

So does anyone know what their first word(s) was?
